Connor Cress

Connor Cress is an HR Associate with experience spanning operations and people focused roles in fast-paced, high-volume environments. He has supported evolving organizational needs through clear communication, adaptability, and consistent follow-through, building on a background that includes operations management and community-based work. Connor is a graduate of Kansas State University and currently lives in Tonganoxie, Kansas, with his wife. Outside of work, he enjoys strength training, reading, watching movies, and traveling with friends and family.
